- Investment of Time:Finally, the third business has the potential to make you the most money the fastest, but it may require more upfront investment of time and resources. For all three of these online businesses,
This is typically the part that most people miss; they tell you about a business idea, but they don’t teach you how to do it unless you pay for the course or something like that.
Easy Online Businesses for Beginners: Start Earning Today
So guys, just before we jump into this Article, I do wanna take one quick second to give you some credibility about myself.
If you’re anything like me, whenever I’m getting financial advice or business advice from someone, I need to see the proof before I take any of their advice to heart.
So I’ve personally done all three of these business models, and over the years of doing them, I’ve made something like $3 million in profit. These business models absolutely work.
I’ve been in the trenches learning them inside and out.
Alright guys, without further ado, let’s get straight into the first one here. And all I ask is if you do find yourself enjoying this video as you’re watching it, please just give it a thumbs up and let me know down in the comments. Okay?
First Business Model: Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)
Starting with the very first business model, like I said, this is the easiest one that anyone can start today. Let me switch you over to the computer and show you this one.
So what this one is, is Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. Now, you may have seen this called Amazon KDP, and essentially what this is, is where you can create books and sell them on Amazon.
Now, I don’t want you to think that you have to write full books for this. You can actually create daily planners, blank journals, workbooks, and all different types of books, and you can sell those on Amazon with KDP.
How to Create and Sell Books with KDP
I’ll put up a really big list here of different ideas that you can create KDP books with, and then I’ll show you some real examples in my hand.
So hopefully, this list gives you some brainstorming ideas of different types of books you can create. But here are some real examples:
- Password Logbooks: Every page in here is the same, and it’s just formatted to keep track of your passwords.
- Journals: Just a blank journal with some motivational or humorous cover art.
- Word Search Books: These are extremely popular. If you know how to create word searches (I show you how in my tutorial), you can create themed word search books to sell.
Benefits of Using Amazon KDP
Now, the thing that I love so much about this business model is that all you have to do is create this actual PDF file on your computer with the book’s content, the front and back covers, and then upload those files to Amazon.
Amazon takes care of printing and shipping the books when someone buys it. You don’t need to print anything, and you don’t need to worry about customer service. Amazon handles all of that.
Second Business Model: Print on Demand (POD)
So moving into the second online business that I highly recommend. This one is slightly harder to do than Amazon KDP, but it is still definitely classified as one that is easy to start.
What this business is called is Print on Demand. Now, if you haven’t heard of Print on Demand before, it is very similar to Amazon KDP, but instead of creating books, you’re creating t-shirts, mugs, hats, and other merchandise.
How Print on Demand Works
Let me quickly switch you over to the computer and show you a real example of this just to tie it all together.
If we come back over to Amazon, again, this is just going to be the largest Print on Demand marketplace out there, but there are several other Print on Demand marketplaces you can sell on as well.
With that being said, if you type in something like “funny fishing shirt” just for an example, you can type in any type of t-shirt and you scroll down here, you’re going to see these kinds of funny graphic t-shirts. These are all being done with Print on Demand.
Setting Up a Print on Demand Business
So if we just click on one of these listings, again, just like Amazon KDP, the person who created this only uploaded this design here, and then Amazon created this listing.
Whenever someone places an order, Amazon will print it and ship it out to the customer and take care of all the customer service for you.
Creating Designs for Print on Demand
Now, one thing to note about Print on Demand is that in order to be a seller for Amazon Print on Demand, you have to actually apply to be a seller.
If you go over to Google, you type in “Amazon Merch on Demand,” it’ll bring you to the page where you can sign up to be a Print on Demand seller on Amazon.
Once you click on the sign-up button, it goes through a very quick application process, and you have to wait up to 14 days to hear back from Amazon to see if you are approved or not.
However, while you’re waiting from Amazon to hear back, there are a couple of other big Print on Demand marketplaces that you can also sell your designs on, and you can start on those right away.
Third Business Model: Affiliate Marketing
Alright, so that brings us into the third and final online business model that I highly recommend. Now, this one is going to be the hardest one to do on this list; however, it has the biggest earnings potential. So with that being said, what this business model is called is affiliate marketing.
Now, if you’ve seen other people teaching how to do affiliate marketing, I have a personal strategy that I’m about to share with you that not many other people are talking about, and this is the way that I can personally vouch for it working.
Understanding Affiliate Marketing
What affiliate marketing is, is just like whenever you buy something from a company, if they ever send you an email afterward and they say, “Hey, if you refer us a friend, we’ll give you $25 or some kind of credit towards future purchases.” That referral program that that company is offering is also known as their affiliate program. So whenever you hear “affiliate program,” just think of it as a referral program. What most people don’t realize is that when you go to big websites or companies that sell products, you can typically scroll down to the bottom of their homepage and find a link that says “Affiliate Program.”
How to Start Affiliate Marketing
Anyone out there in the world can click on that link and join their affiliate program for free. After joining, you get your own unique referral links to any product that company sells. So, the way this works is that anytime you send your referral link to anyone, they click on that link, purchase something from the company, and you get a commission from that company.
Affiliate Marketing Strategy
The strategy I use for affiliate marketing starts with YouTube. So to give you an example, let’s type in “best fishing pole for beginners.” This will give us some good results that we can work with. You’ll find videos where creators are recommending their top fishing poles, and in the video description, you’ll see affiliate links to those products. The same strategy works for almost any niche, and you can do affiliate marketing with any company that has an affiliate program.
The Earning Potential of Affiliate Marketing
While this method is a little harder to get started with, it offers incredible earning potential. The key is to create videos or blogs around products you own, showing them to your audience, and including affiliate links where your followers can make purchases. You can also create videos without being on camera, showing your audience just the product you are recommending.
